You can find our space on the Northcote Road, opposite The Bolingbroke pub. We are approx 15 mins walk from Clapham Junction station & Clapham South tube.
The 319 bus stops almost at our door.
Bicycle lock-ups are available outside of the Northcote Library.
There is plenty of on street parking on the nearby roads except the Northcote itself. Charges apply between 9am – 5:30pm on Monday – Saturday.

Monday – Thursday: 7am – 8:45pm
Friday: 7am – 6pm
Saturday: 8am – 4pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays: Closed
When you arrive
We aim to be able to welcome you when you arrive. However, If you arrive more than 5 minutes before your session we may still be with another client. Feel free to sit in our waiting area. Please be mindful if a class is in progress.
To save time be prepared! If you’re coming for physiotherapy then the physio will need to see the area & surrounding anatomy. Therefore please dress appropriately. We have an area where you can change in private.
If you’re coming for a class. Come in your kit, bring a drink & towel, so you’re ready to go!
