The only way you’ll get me to drink spinach is to cover it in chocolate! Full of protein and great for gut health, this is my regular start to the day. Enjoy!
Handful of spinach
Sprig or two of fresh mint
1 scoop Dark chocolate Kin Pea aprotein
1 spoon almonds
1 spoon linseed
3 slices fresh ginger
(+ a little extra Cacao if like me you really like it chocolate!)
Then just add as much water as you need to make it drinkable and blitz.
Easy to prep the night before too!
