Without great stability it is easy to see why the knee is so often injured. The balance of muscle function around the knee provides the dynamic stability. Without dyanmic stability the joint & its ligaments are exposed. This series of exercises targets the link between the foot & ankle & the knee, & the link between the knee & the hip. A step, a stopwatch and a bit of grit is all you require for improved knee stability.
