FOUR SIDES FUNDAMENTALS: Pilates Set Up
The Pilates set up, a key concept in pelvic stability. You will be taught the benefits of a neutral pelvis position, plus upper body set up in lying & four point kneeling. When there is a dysfunction i.e. pain or poor posture, we need to cue the activation of your deep abdominals & the pelvic floor.
Alternatively, we focus on automatic activation by being in a good posture by training the muscle in an optimal position. Learn how to best activate these muscles & the best technique for you!
