Ingredients
2 big stems of ginger
6-8 apples
Juice of 2 limes
Juice the ginger and apples and add the lime and that’s it!

- Limes are high in vitamin C and antioxidants, so adding this fresh juice can support immunity, reduce heart disease risk factors and promote healthy skin
Additions:
- For extra sweetness add a pear or two.
- For a longer juice add kale and dilute with water.
- Spice things up even more with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- A grating of fresh nutmeg on top adds even more deliciousness!
