NUT BUTTER'S NOT JUST FOR TOAST

These topped apples are delicious, deliver healthy essential fats and protein and tick off one (or two if you’re like me!) of your five a day.

 

Base: Apple, banana or pear work great.

 

Butter: I adore all Pip and Nut range. This cherry bakewell almond is delicious, and with only 5 ingredients: almonds, cherries, coconut, agave and sea salt.

 

Sprinkles: As a big chocolate fan I love cacao nibs. As well as a healthy alternative to chocolate for breakfast, these are full of antioxidants, magnesium and calcium. Almond flakes, coconut and seeds also work great.
