OVERNIGHT OATS: A QUICK AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST ON THE GO

Ingredient:

1/3 cup of oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp or peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of fruit (blueberries, bananas, strawberries)
drizzle of maple syrup

Directions:

1. In a jar mix together oats, chia seeds, almonds milk, and peanut butter
2. Top with fruit
3. Leave overnight in the fridge (or up to 5 days if you meal plan!)
4. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
