Pilates Circuits for Strength

A higher intensity mat Pilates class ensuring you get that burn! The class will aim to work on particular muscle groups in 4 minute circuits. We will push your endurance with mat Pilates exercises and small equipment as able improving pelvic stability, core strength and global muscle endurance. Ensuring you finish the class with the sense of whole body control and strength.

Time: 45 minutes

Equipment: long band light- medium, Pilates ball, small hand weights, something to slide feet on.

Suitable for: Everyone and those wanting a challenge. N.B. If you are pregnant or post-natal we recommend that you stick to our specific videos to suit your body at this time with our pregnancy and post natal Pilates methods.
