Pilates Foundations - 24 Hours Access
If you have never experienced a Four Sides Mat Pilates Class, we recommend you start here. A Pilates workout suitable for complete beginners or those returning to Pilates. We will guide you through the key principles of Pilates focusing on whole body posture, activation and normal movement patterns. Aiming to build the foundations you require to get the most out of your workouts.
Equipment needed: Non essential but will facilitate the workout; head cushion and Pilates ova ball
Suitable for: Complete beginners or those returning to Pilates. We always recommend working on your form, perfect this before progressing on to Method 1, 2 and 3 videos.
