Trimester 2 Month 5
Baby is now moving up and out of pelvis, so there is no exercises lying on your back from this month onwards. There are many other positions that are great for us to exercise in and support our goal of pelvic strength. Peak onset of pelvic girdle pain is 16 weeks so this is our pelvic pain management video. If you have pelvic girdle pain come back to this video at any point in your pregnancy for safe and therapeutic exercises to strengthen and manage your pain.
Equipment needed: Resistance Band and Small Pilates Ball
Suitable for: Women in their fifth month of pregnancy. We recommend engaging in our sessions relevant to your current trimester only.
