This is perfect for those who love our studio reformer classes but also suitable for anyone with no reformer experience. Whole body balanced exercises working on posture, strength and controlled movements adding in small equipment that you may have (bands, loops, balls, weights) where possible. Expect to work hard!

Equipment: long bands, Pilates ball, foam roller, hand weights, something to slide feet on.
