Four Sides Fundamentals: Knee Circuit
James, specialist lower limb physiotherapist, takes you through a knee stability series. The knee is so often caught in the middle, and without great stability it is easy to see why the knee is so often injured. The balance of muscle function around the knee provides the dynamic stability. Without dyanmic stability the joint and its ligaments are exposed. This series of exercises targets the link between the foot and ankle and the knee, and the link between the knee and the hip. A step, a stopwatch and a bit of grit is all you require for improved knee stability.
