We target whole body strength, flexibility and mobility to maintain healthy posture and strength. As back pain is common in the 3rd trimester we focus on the prevention of this.

Suitable for: Women in their seventh month of pregnancy. We recommend engaging in our sessions relevant to your current trimester only.
