Trimester 3 Month 9

Maintaining strength, flexibility and posture in the last few weeks of pregnancy plus looking ahead to aid our post-natal recovery. We focus on birth preparation through pelvic opening and down training pelvic floor. We include breath control and mindfulness techniques for birth and relaxation.

Equipment needed: Resistance Band and Small Pilates Ball

Suitable for: Women in their ninth month of pregnancy. We recommend engaging in our sessions relevant to your current trimester only.
