Four Sides Fundamentals: Pilates Set Up
Claire, co-founder of Four Sides London, talks you through the Pilates set up, a key concept in pelvic stability. You will be taught the benefits of a neutral pelvis position, plus upper body set up in lying and four point kneeling. When there is a dysfunction i.e. pain or poor posture, we need to cue the activation of your deep abdominals and the pelvic floor.
