Yes, all sessions must be paid for in advance. Payment is automatically processed through our online booking system or app. If you book directly with us, payment will be taken up to 36 hours before your appointment.

Do I need to pay for my session in advance?

New clients must complete a ‘FIRST’ session before booking further appointments. In our Pilates, Yoga/Barre, and Strength & Conditioning FIRST sessions, our physiotherapists assess postural imbalances and movement patterns to tailor programs to your needs.
New physiotherapy clients must book a FIRST Physiotherapy session for a thorough assessment, treatment plan discussion, and initial hands-on treatment.
Once you complete your first session, you’ll be fully registered with Four Sides and can book any of our classes and sessions.

Why do I need to complete a ‘FIRST’ appointment?

If you cancel more than 36 hours before your appointment, your BSport account will be credited. For a refund, please email team@foursideslondon.com. Appointments cancelled within 36 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable. Classes must also be cancelled with at least 36 hours’ notice for the pass to be credited to your account.

I cancelled my appointment—why haven’t I received a refund?

Both the website and app use the same booking system, BSport. You can book using either method and manage your appointments through your BSport account. Ensure that appointment notifications are enabled to stay updated with your schedule.

How do I book an appointment or class using the app?

If you experience booking issues, please email team@foursideslondon.com, and we’ll respond within 24 hours.

What should I do if I have issues booking?

Log in to your BSport account, go to "My Info" > "Profile," and select "Add Family Member." You can also choose to pay for family members through your account.

How do I book an appointment for a family member or partner?

To receive confirmation emails and receipts, ensure you have subscribed to email notifications in your BSport account. Navigate to "My Info" > "Profile," click "Edit" under "Personal Information," select "Yes" for email reminders & notifications, and click "Save."

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?

Log in to your BSport account and go to "My Info" > "Account." Here, you can see your account balance, remaining classes, and expiry date.

How can I check how many classes I have left on my pass?

When you arrive, use the buzzer or code from your booking confirmation email. Check in on the BSport tablet in the welcome area. You can book your next session through your BSport account or via the BSport tablet.

Do I need to check in for my appointment, and how do I book another session?

No, all payments are processed online through BSport. We do not accept cash payments.

Can I pay in cash on the day?

New clients must complete a FIRST session before booking regular classes.

Why can’t I book a class as a new client?

Each class has a waitlist of up to three people. If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically added and notified by email. The waitlist closes two hours before the class starts. How do class waitlists work?


Our classes are open to all ages, abilities, and genders. We aim to foster a community atmosphere where you can exercise with both new and familiar faces.

Who will I be exercising with in a class?

Appointments and Classes

For other providers, obtain authorization, then book a FIRST Physiotherapy appointment as usual. You must pay upfront, and your physiotherapist will provide a receipt for reimbursement. Check with your insurer about coverage, as we cannot guarantee full reimbursement.

What if my insurance provider is not BUPA or AXA?

Yes, we are recognized by most major insurance providers. Contact your insurer to confirm your policy details, as most require a GP referral before treatment.Once you complete your first session, you’ll be fully registered with Four Sides and can book any of our classes and sessions.

Do you accept insurance for physiotherapy?

If you are with BUPA or AXA, we can bill them directly. You must provide:
Membership number
Authorization number
Number of allocated sessions
A credit/debit card on file as a guarantee

If you cancel within 36 hours or attend without providing authorization details, you will be charged the 30-minute appointment fee.
