Flow, sweat, and strengthen in our Vinyasa Power Flow yoga class. A high-energy, continuous flow that intensifies core Vinyasa principles to build strength and enhance flexibility. This dynamic practice will leave you feeling strong, focused, and revitalised. These classes are for everyone but some yoga experience will give you the full benefit of this faster paced flow. Not recommend through pregnancy or immediately post-partum.
Unwind and cultivate mindful movement in our Vinyasa Slow Flow yoga class. A mindful journey through yoga postures, where breath and movement are seamlessly connected at a slower pace. You'll work through poses with a focus on alignment and stability, often holding them for a deeper stretch and greater body awareness.
We welcome all levels to this restorative yoga class. Pregnancy safe through your first trimester and from 6 weeks post-partum.
Embrace stillness and melt away tension in our Yin Yoga class. Through slow, passive holds, this meditative practice targets your connective tissues – fascia, joints, and ligaments – to create a deeper stretch. Yin invites surrender, offering a counterpoint to active styles and promoting profound relaxation. Everyone can benefit from this rejuvenating yoga practice.
Energise your body & ground your soul. In this invigorating practice, you can expect fluid, graceful movements that transition seamlessly from one pose to the next. Synchronised with your breath we'll explore dynamic transitions that build heat and strength. Deep, focused stretches that create space in your body. Each class is thoughtfully crafted, weaving together these elements with a rhythmic flow. You'll experience a little bit of everything: from creative, evolving sequences that keep your practice fresh and engaging, to occasional mandala-inspired patterns that offer a meditative and symmetrical challenge. Concluding with a blissful Shavasana. These classes are for everyone and can be enjoyed through pregnancy and from 6 weeks post-partum.
Run stronger, recover faster in our Yoga for runners class. This specialised class, designed and taught by runners who are also experienced yogis, directly addresses the unique needs of runners to improve flexibility, build key strength,
prevent injuries, and enhance recovery. We focus on releasing tight running muscles like hamstrings and hip flexors, while strengthening your core and glutes for enhanced stability and efficiency. Whilst we celebrate the runner in this class, everybody is welcome to join.
An open class for pregnancy and postnatal yoga. Our focus will be on the movements your body, mind and energy need when you are deep in the motherhood journey. Giving you the much needed movement to ease your way through this time. This nurturing class is specifically designed for supporting women’s health across this transformative time. We will gently flow through a practice that will support your pelvic floor health, connect you to your relaxation response and alleviate common aches. You will come away with tools and understanding that you’ll be able to use at home throughout your week. For mums to be at any stage and mums (from 6 weeks post-partum) of babies and children of any age. Babies are welcome to join on the mat, in the buggy or carrier. If you have any post-natal concerns requiring special attention please make our instructor aware.
A balanced, flowing YOGA class focusing on strength and flexibility for birth whilst also preparing you for your postnatal recovery. Breath work (pranayama) where we practice the surrender and release that support birth. Whether you are planning for a physiological or medical birth, studies show that training your relaxation response and learning how to access hypnotic states supports your body through the process, as well as your healing postpartum. Yoga helps to connect you to yourself, and to your baby, and centres you in your experience. This class is the perfect addition to your pregnancy journey and works alongside strength training, and other birth prep classes and will provide tips to add to your toolkit for birth and early motherhood. Designed for expectant mothers in all stages of pregnancy. We also welcome mothers after pregnancy loss to recover in a safe and supportive environment.
Lengthen, strengthen & burn in our body sculpting Barre class. This low-impact, high-intensity workout blends ballet, Pilates, and strength-training. Using bodyweight and light props like hand weights and resistance bands, barre targets your core, glutes, legs, and arms with controlled movements and choreography. Improve your posture and balance while toning and strengthening muscles in this upbeat and motivating class. These classes are for everyone: brand new beginners to super experienced, we can tailor to your level. Pregnancy 1st trimester & post-partum from 6 weeks welcome.
