CLASSES
All class bookings must be made via the Four Sides London website, where the full timetable is available. Classes operate on a first-come, first-served basis and can be booked up to 90 days in advance. Payment for classes is taken at the time of booking. To book a place in any class you must have a valid pass. All clients agree to our 36 hour notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. So if you're booked into a class, but miss it or cancel with less than 36 hours' notice, you will be charged. Please always notify us of a cancellation by making the change in your bookings, even if less than 36 hours notice as if we can fill your space a refund may
be possible at the discretion of Four Sides London.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for class, unfortunately, for your safety and to avoid disruption, you will not be able to enter.
We have a waiting list of 3 people maximum per class. If you add yourself to a waiting list then you will be informed by email if a space becomes available and automatically booked into that class. You will receive 2 notifications to accept the reservation before the available slot is offered to the next person on the waiting list.

Due to staff requirements, the physiotherapists taking the classes may change at short notice.

We cannot always guarantee you have the same instructor for classes.

Block passes are not transferable to another member and refunds will not be provided. Blockpasses expire after a period of time, please ensure you complete your sessions within this time frame as extensions are not possible.

A FIRST 1:1 session is recommended before joining group Pilates or Strength & Conditioning (S&C) classes. This session allows our physiotherapists to assess your needs and recommend the appropriate class. Clients may be encouraged to continue 1:1 sessions
before joining group classes, particularly if recovering from an injury. Four Sides physiotherapists are highly trained in exercise prescription and injury prevention, whilst we take every step to minimise injury risk we cannot guarantee no risk through exercise.

If you join a group session without completing a FIRST session you must complete a waiver to confirm you agree to exercise appropriately and consciously of your own capacity. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you accept that no action will be taken against Four Sides London and their team should injury occur. Clients must wear appropriate attire including grip socks for Pilates.
