PILATES - STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES
All class bookings must be made via the Four Sides London website or app, where the full timetable is available.
Classes operate on a first-come, first-served basis. A waitlist of three people is available, and if a spot opens, the next person on the list will be notified via email with at least two hours' notice.
A FIRST 1:1 session is required before joining group Pilates or Strength & Conditioning (S&C) classes. This session allows our physiotherapists to assess your needs and recommend the appropriate class. Clients may be encouraged to continue 1:1 sessions before joining group classes, particularly if recovering from an injury.
While our physiotherapists guide exercise suitability, Four Sides London is not liable for injuries incurred during classes.
Physiotherapists leading classes may change at short notice.
Clients must wear appropriate attire: grip socks for Pilates, clean trainers for S&C, and bring a towel.
PHYSIOTHERAPY
All new clients must book a FIRST PHYSIOTHERAPY or FIRST WOMEN'S HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPYsession before scheduling follow-ups.
Each new injury requires a new FIRST appointment. Clients must disclose all relevant medical history and update their physiotherapist on any changes. Physiotherapy sessions involve a full physical assessment and may include manual therapy; clients can withdraw consent at any time.
Appropriate attire is required: shorts for lower limb assessments and removal of shirts for upper body or spinal assessments.
PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE
Clients must obtain prior authorization from their provider before their first appointment.
BUPA & AXA patients can book directly online or via email.
Non-BUPA/AXA clients must pay upfront and can request a receipt for reimbursement.
BUPA & AXA sessions last 30 minutes.
Clients must provide membership and authorization details before treatment. Any excess on policies must be paid directly to Four Sides London.
Cancellations require 36 hours’ notice to avoid full charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A strict 36-hour cancellation policy applies to all classes, 1:1 sessions, and physiotherapy appointments.
Cancellations made before 36 hours will be credited; refunds can be requested via email.
Late cancellations (less than 36 hours) may not be refunded.
Block payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. Expiry periods:
10-class passes: 4 months
