We recommend starting with a ‘FIRST Pilates 1:1 session’ to assess your goals, past injuries & movement patterns. This helps us personalise your sessions—whether you’re brand new or a seasoned Pilates pro. Your first 1:1 ensures you’re set up for success, guiding you through key Pilates principles & identifying areas to focus on. Plus, after your FIRST PILATES 1:1, you’ll receive membership access & a free first class!

Strengthen, lengthen, and energize your entire body in our classic reformer Pilates classes.  Our classic reformer classes will give you a challenging, dynamic all over workout to leave you feeling stronger, more aligned, and invigorated. Low impact but strength focused you will
soon feel the benefits and the burn and the benefits of the Reformer. With a maximum of just 5 participants, you'll receive unparalleled individual attention and expert guidance ensuring you perform exercises correctly and achieve optimal results. Working closely with our team of physio, our expert instructors will give you expert tuition & movement correction to ensure you get the most from every session.

Our classic reformer classes are for everybody; from beginners to advanced, with our small class sizes we can tailor sessions to you. Safe up to 16 weeks of pregnancy and from 6 weeks post-partum following a Post Natal MOT.

Strengthen your body through every stage of motherhood in our specialised Ante-Natal & Post-Natal Reformer Pilates class.
The Reformer is a powerful tool for ante-natal and post-natal core and pelvic floor work. The adjustable resistance allows us to target these deep muscles, providing both support and challenge as you rebuild strength and function. The smooth, controlled movements minimize
strain whist maximising core engagement. You can rehabilitate and strengthen the pelvic floor to regain tone, control, and address issues like incontinence and prolapse as well as addressing your changing posture and whole body strength.

Our experienced instructors are supported by our womens health physios and will provide individualised attention and modifications to ensure you feel safe and supported, prioritising your recovery throughout the class. We can support you through all stages of pregnancy and from 6 weeks postnatal. Babies are welcome to join you on a mat alongside your reformer or in a buggy or carrier.

Your Reformer Pilates journey starts here.  Embark on your Pilates adventure with our unique, physio-led Reformer Foundations sessions, specifically designed for beginners. Our foundations class is all about establishing a strong and confident understanding of the fundamental Pilates movements whilst also building whole-body strength, improved control and flexibility.

Our expert physiotherapists, who are also highly skilled in Pilates, will guide you through each exercise with precision, tailoring the class to your individual experience and goals. With a maximum of just 5 participants, you'll receive expert, individualised attention and guidance
throughout the session, ensuring you feel supported and understand each movement. This class is the perfect stepping stone to our faster-paced Reformer classes, providing you with the skills and understanding needed to advance safely and effectively.

Perfect for complete beginners, those wanting to hone their technique or returning to exercise after an injury or a break. Also great up to 16 weeks of pregnancy and from 6 weeks post-partum following a Post Natal MOT.

REFORMER Foundations (health pass)

Build a sweat and forge undeniable strength throughout your entire body in our more advanced reformer Pilates class. These dynamic and powerful classes are designed to challenge all fitness levels, integrating
the cardio jump board, free weights and advanced reformer exercises. Prepare for a whole body, sweaty, fast paced workout that will test your endurance, build lean muscle, and leave you feeling stronger form head to toe.

Our small class sizes (maximum five) allow us to give you personalised guidance and modifications designed for your specific level and goals.
Some reformer experience is recommended to get the full benefit from this more challenging class. Not recommended through pregnancy nor immediately post-partum, instead we recommend our Reformer ante & post-natal classes.

REFORMER Power (health pass)

Unlock a stronger, more flexible, and resilient body under expert guidance in our physio led reformer classes. Taught by physiotherapists who are experts in Pilates, movement, and strength, this class delivers our signature Four Sides blend of strength and mobility that you've come to expect.  These unique sessions deliver the very best the Reformer has to offer, combining our favourite and most effective exercises to leave you feeling challenged, stretched, and ultimately stronger and more flexible with consistent practice. We work on reps & sets for building strength, peppered with exercises to improve your flexibility and mobility, whilst always considering your posture and core control.

We welcome all levels in this class but recommend a FIRST Pilates /Physio session if you are rehabilitating or returning from injury. This way we can ensure our sessions are tailored to you and include all you need to recover and achieve your goals.

Experience the unique benefits of the Cadillac for supported strength and flexibility, the Split Pedal Chair for stability and lower body power, the Reformer for core
engagement and fluid movement, the Ladder Barrel for spinal articulation and oblique work, and mat equipment to complete this comprehensive workout.  All levels are welcome but some Pilates experience is recommended to fully enjoy the flow of the circuit. Prioritise your core and pelvic floor recovery in our mat Pilates classes with or without the company of your baby.
We'll focus intensely on rebuilding the deep core muscles and strengthening the pelvic floor – essential for postnatal recovery, stability, and addressing common concerns. Enjoy gentle
movement, mindful connection with your baby, and a supportive community. Led by a specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist, this class provides expert guidance and ensures
exercises are safe and highly effective for your postnatal body and pelvic health. This class is for all mums from 6 weeks postnatal, and mums of children of any age – It’s never too late to reclaim your core & pelvic floor! Please inform the instructor of your
postnatal stage and any specific concerns regarding your recovery.

Designed to build a strong, stable core we will guide you through exercises that strengthen from the inside out, leading to improved stability, balance, and functional movement. We offer 1:1 or small classes for siblings & friends. Pilates is a fantastic way for younger bodies to build strength, coordination & improve posture—all while considering their growth & development.

In a 45-minute 1:1, we assess goals, previous injuries & movement patterns. This helps us identify strengths, weaknesses & areas to focus on. Whether it’s mat work or reformer exercises, we’ll recommend the best plan—be it private, paired or small group sessions. Plus, we may also provide at-home exercises to support their progress.
