You can book any of our services online here. You can choose from your preferred professional, filter the dates that work for you & select the length of the service. If it's your first time to us you must attend a FIRST session before booking a FOLLOW UP session.

If you have insurance cover for your treatment we recommend checking with them what they will cover before booking your sessions with us, you will need pre-authorisation before commencing treatment. 

You can book BUPA, AXA or AVIVA appointments online however you are REQUIRED to provide your insurance membership number, authorisation code and number of sessions allocated prior to attending. Failure to this will result in a direct charge for your appointment at our 30mins self-pay price.

At the time of booking a £1 fee will be taken to secure your appointment.

For most appointments, comfortable clothing that allows for movement is ideal. You may be asked to undress and therefore shorts maybe appropriate, or your "good underwear" is recommended!

We have toilet facilities, changing area and plenty of place to store your coats & bags, but please note that we do not have shower facilities.
