We'll focus intensely on rebuilding the deep core muscles and strengthening the pelvic floor – essential for postnatal recovery, stability, and addressing common concerns. Enjoy gentle
movement, mindful connection with your baby, and a supportive community. Led by a specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist, this class provides expert guidance and ensures
exercises are safe and highly effective for your postnatal body and pelvic health. This class is for all mums from 6 weeks postnatal, and mums of children of any age – It’s never too late to reclaim your core & pelvic floor! Please inform the instructor of your
postnatal stage and any specific concerns regarding your recovery.

 This all levels mat based Pilates class fuses classical Pilates principles with strength training to create a full body, functional workout. With a strong emphasis on adding lload through hand weights, resistance bands, and other props, each movement is
designed to build muscular strength, endurance, and joint stability in a safe and progressive way.
By intentionally loading the body in key positions, this class enhances muscle activation, challenges balance and control, and supports stronger movement patterns both on and off the mat. Core engagement remains central throughout, while targeted sequences strengthen the arms, legs, glutes, and back.
Options are provided throughout to modify or progress, making this class suitable for beginners and experienced movers alike. You’ll leave feeling empowered, aligned, and noticeably stronger from the inside out.

This low-impact, high-intensity workout blends ballet, Pilates, and strength-training. Using bodyweight and light props like hand weights and resistance bands, barre targets your core, glutes, legs, and arms with controlled movements and choreography. Improve your posture and balance while toning and strengthening muscles in this upbeat and motivating class.

These classes are for everyone: brand new beginners to super experienced, we can tailor to your level. Pregnancy 1st trimester & post-partum from 6 weeks welcome.

Our unique Barre Flow class blends yoga inspired, lengthening mat work with strengthening sequences at the Barre. This dynamic class is designed to leave you feeling longer, stronger, and more balanced.
